The border painting and historiated initials were painted by the Master of the Boston City of God, who worked in Utrecht, while the added grisaille miniatures were painted by the Masters of the Delft Grisailles, who are associated with Delft

Presented in 1871 by the parish church in Poeldijk to the Bisschoppelijk Museum, Haarlem. Transferred in 1976 to the Rijksmuseum Het Catharijneconvent, Utrecht
